Dr. Chance Corgan
Dr. Chance Corgan DC was born and raised in Plano, Tx. He graduated from Texas A&M University where he played baseball as a pitcher. In 2007, Dr. Corgan was selected in the 5 th round of the Major League Baseball Amateur Draft to the San Francisco Giants organization. He played 3 years with the Giants organization before returning to school at Texas A&M to finish his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management/Business. After graduating Dr. Corgan decided to further his education and attended the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where he graduated in 2016 with his master’s in occupational therapy. After completing his master's, Dr. Corgan worked at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Plano where he was an upper extremity specialist in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, and lymphedema rehab. Dr. Corgan was as an occupational therapist for 2 years before pursuing chiropractic. In 2021, Dr. Corgan graduated from Parker University with his doctoral of chiropractic degree and achieved a master’s in Functional Nutrition at the same time. Dr. Corgan worked at a family practice for a few years before deciding to branch out on his own with Elevation Chiropractic. When Dr. Corgan is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer and their two little girls, Dakota and Cameron, as well as family, and friends. They enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing, going to the lake, barbeques, and Aggie football games.
Dianna Nicholas, CA
Meet Dianna, a southern girl at heart; born and raised in Dallas, Texas. After graduating from Regency Beauty Institute of Dallas with her Cosmetology License, she gave birth to her son, Liam, and felt a dynamic calling to do more than help clients achieve “amazing hair days.” In 2016 she began her career as a teacher and lead infant caregiver, quickly falling in love with child development. Her passion for childcare really sparked the fire inside of her to advocate for others! However, six years bent over cribs, tending to these tiny angels took a toll on her back. Her journey to a pain free life, led her to Dr. Corgan. She is a true testament to the miracle of chiropractic care on her own body and mind, giving her a pain-free new lease on life! You can find Dianna at Elevation in Rowlett as Dr. Corgan’s assistant, thrilled to guide you on your own incredible healing journey to wellness! When Dianna isn’t at Elevation, you can be sure she's at her happy place, the gym, or at home creating music with her son on the piano, clarinet, and guitar! She also loves a good book on a rainy day snuggled up with her cat, Mickey.
Juana Garcia
Meet Juana, born in Jalisco Mexico, and raised in Dallas, Texas. She attended South Garland High School and was an active participant in the varsity drill team as well as the Future Teacher Internship Program. After that, she interned at Centerville Elementary School for a year and then taught preschool age from 2016 to 2023. She found her passion for helping develop children's minds but later met Dr. Chance and found her true calling for chiropractic care in 2023. Without previous chiropractic care, she had no idea what a pain-free life felt like. She now encourages all of her loved ones to stop by the office to receive the same life changing journey to wellness and healing that she found. You can find Juana at the front desk greeting you with a smile as you walk in the door. When she's not at the office, you can find her crushing her fitness goals at the gym, or jamming out at a Luke Combs concert with her husband. She also enjoys traveling around the world and trying the different cuisines while admiring the breathtaking views.
